If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days with your invoice. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to Siswoo.
How to return the product:
1.-Write us an email to email@example.com and provide us of your contact information and a copy of the invoice
2.-Pack the product including the original box, accessories and all documents attached with the original package as well as the original invoice. Please don’t send cases or extended batteries
3.-Ship the product back to Siswoo's technical service installations on the following address: Polígono Industrial Mutilva Baja, Calle E 11, Bajo, 31192, Mutilva, Navarra, Spain
